Successfully Sold HomesSelling your Home Setting the Right Price

These are properties whose selling price reflects what qualified buyers most recently paid for a home comparable to yours.

Competitive Properties Currently On The Market For Sale

These are homes on the market for sale that will be competing with your home.  Since they have not yet sold, their market value is not yet determined, but important, as buyers most likely will view these properties in their search.

Pending Sales

Homes that are currently “under contract” but have not yet closed are contract pending sales.  Since they have not yet closed, their market value is not yet determined, but is an indicator in what today’s current market will bear.

Failed To Sell

These are properties that were “for sale” but failed to sell.  The listed price of these homes suggest what potential buyers will not pay.
