Fort Worth Texas -- Homes for Sale in One of The Prange Team Communities
Homes For Sale Fort Worth Texas -- Sundance Square DowntownFort Worth:  150 and still going strong, by Richard Selcer

It all started with a fort.  In 1849, the North Texas plains west of the 97th longitude were home to a few scattered settlements - such as Alton, birdville, and Grapevine - and a handful of now mostly forgotten indian tribes - such as the Anadarkos, Tonkawas, and Wacos.  Texas had become the 28th state in the Union in 1845 after nine years as an independent republic, and much of the state was sparselysettled and lightlyheld.  To help fill up the vast empty areas, colonization companies had been granted generous charters by the state legislature to the settle colonies.  The Peters Colony group received title to thousands of acres of North Texas land on the condition that it bring in settlers from outside the state who would become homesteaders.  For the rest of the story click here.

Ray & Terri... "Debbie took great care of us.  She kept us from being taken advantage of by the sellers who throughout the process made things more complicated than they needed to be.  For example:  seller would agree to a price then come back next day saying we needed to pay for his title search.  We went back and forth on different things up to the closing date, very frustrating, but Debbie kept it together for us and we appreciate it."
John & Aurora... "You have been more than our realty team, you have been like family.  It is said that if you do what you love, blessings will follow.  You two are truly blessed for bringing such joy to those you work with.  We mean this from the bottom of our hearts."
